CHARMM
A molecular simulation program with broad application to many-particle systems.
FIREBALL is a user-friendly computational suite that is accessible via command line tools. It allows one to analyze computed or measured binodals and coil-to-globule transitions using free energy-based theoretical models. FIREBALL is written in Python and is freely available to download via the Pappu Lab GitHub page as an open-source package. FIREBALL also includes documentation that describes the set-up procedure and includes advice for troubleshooting.
